Terms of Service
Last updated: August 11, 2026
Aster (astershelf.space) is a small independent project provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. It has a free plan and a paid one. By using it you agree to these terms.
The service
Aster lets you save links to content creators' public pages and shows publicly available information about them (names, avatars, latest-post dates). Aster hosts none of the creators' content — every name, avatar and post belongs to its respective creator and platform; clicking a row takes you to their page.
Plans & billing
The shelf itself is free: every platform, no limit on subjects or creators. Pro adds the reading and discovery layer — the Feed and its reading guide, Activity, last-posted ages, and cross-platform account discovery — for $12 per month, or $96 per year, and starts with a 7-day free trial.
Payments are handled by Stripe; card details never reach Aster's servers. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Settings, which opens Stripe's billing portal — access then continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and nothing further is charged. Cancel during the trial and you are not charged at all.
Prices may change, with notice before the change takes effect; a change never applies to a period already paid for. Cancelling is self-service and takes effect the same way every time: open Settings, and the Stripe billing portal handles the rest. Aster does not refund a period already started — cancelling stops the next charge and leaves the current period running to its end. Statutory rights, including any local right to withdraw from a purchase, are not affected by anything here.
Your account & conduct
You're responsible for what you save on your shelf. Don't use Aster to harass anyone, to scrape at abusive volume, or for anything unlawful. Accounts used abusively may be removed.
Availability & changes
This is a small independent project: features may change, and the service may be interrupted or discontinued. If it ever shuts down, reasonable notice will be given so you can export what you saved.
